Who is responsible

Your 3D model

The Tuckpack app reads and processes your 3D model in your browser. The model is never uploaded to us or anyone else.

Visiting this website

• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user agent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• No cookies. This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage.

Emails to us

If you write to support@tuckpack.app, we use your address and message to answer you and keep them for as long as the conversation needs, and no longer than two years after the last message. Legal basis: answering your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who receives data

Cloudflare, Inc. processes data for us as a processor under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare may process data in the United States; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). We make no automated decisions about you.
